We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our applicants and tenants in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). All sensitive documentation provided during the rental application process—including SINs (if provided voluntarily), Ontario Photo ID, income verification, and credit reports—is encrypted and stored on secure servers.
Access and Retention: Access to personal information is restricted to authorized employees with a "need to know" for lease processing or property management duties. In compliance with Ontario provincial regulations, we retain records only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the tenancy agreement or as required by the Residential Tenancies Act and Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines.
Electronic Communications and SMS Policy (CASL & 10DLC)By providing your mobile number and/or email address, you provide express consent to receive electronic communications from Agile Real Estate Group (2464408 Ontario INC) regarding your tenancy or inquiry. This includes, but is not limited to: maintenance notices, emergency alerts, lease updates, and rent receipts, as permitted under the Canada Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and TCPA guidelines.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and tenancy status.
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS or email communications at any time by replying STOP to stop any text message or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails. STOP requests are processed immediately for SMS and within 10 business days for email.
Third-Party Disclosure (Privacy Guarantee):We maintain a strict "No-Sharing" policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this specific information will not be shared with any third parties for any reason.
Security: While we use secure, encrypted platforms for data storage (PIPEDA compliant), please note that standard SMS is not a guaranteed secure medium. Do not send sensitive financial details (e.g., full credit card numbers) via text.
